We came, we tested, here's what we built & achieved so far
With $50 million in payment volume processed and x4 growth from last month, HandlPay is ready for scale. Here is a summary of what we've done so far.
When we started, we set out to solve a simple problem: that paying someone in stablecoins still feels nothing like paying with a card. Sending any type of currency to someone, in general, is not a streamlined task.
Cards route money automatically the moment you tap, no addresses, no chains, no mental overhead.
We decided payments between people should be just as convenient.
So we attached a payment layer directly to the social identities people already use, turning usernames, emails, or WhatsApp numbers into private, multi-chain payment addresses. That foundational thesis of ours has been built, battle-tested, and is getting real traction.
This roadmap shows what we've built to date. The first two phases are complete. That milestone marks an important shift: we're no longer proving the technology works and, we can now start focusing on scaling the product to non-crypto natives.
Two years ago, HandlPay was just an idea and today we process $8M average monthly volume with 300,000+ users onboarded.
Stablecoin payments can now be sent directly to social identities instead of wallet addresses thansk to the rails we have built.
Our focus now shifts to what matters most: making stablecoin payments feel effortless. Simpler flows. Better UX. Faster onboarding. A product anyone can use without needing to understand wallets, chains, or crypto.
Over the coming weeks, we'll unveil HandlPay 2.0. A refined roadmap built around a single goal: creating the network for social identity payments.
Can your social media username accept crypto & card payments yet?
